When to use summaries
Read the summary before diving into flashcards: knowing the big picture first makes the details easier to place and remember. It is also the fastest final review before an exam: skim the headings, slow down where it feels fuzzy. Reading alone does not build durable memory though, so pair it with flashcards or a quiz.Summary types
- General overview: a compact walkthrough of the main ideas, ideal for orientation and quick review.
- In-depth summary: a detailed, structured write-up that goes deeper into each topic.
Editing
The summary is fully editable rich text. Rewrite sections in your own words, add examples, remove what you do not need, and format freely. Edits save automatically.Exporting and regenerating
